Welcome to our pack, eh! These here terms are like the rules we all follow when we're learning about taking care of our furry friends. You know, I been around pets most of my life, and I understand that trust is real important when it comes to learning proper pet care.
Course Enrollment & Access
When you sign up for our pet care courses, you're joining our learning family. Your access starts right away, and you got lifetime access to the materials you purchase, which I think is pretty fair.
Now, we ask that you don't go sharing your login with others - each enrollment is for one person, like having your own library card. If you want to share the learning with family, we got family packages available.
What You Get:
- Lifetime access to purchased courses
- Downloadable resources and guides
- Community forum participation
Payment & Refunds
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Prices are in Canadian dollars, and we add the taxes as required by law here in Saskatchewan.
If you're not happy with a course within 30 days, we'll give you your money back, no questions asked. After 30 days, well, we figure you've had plenty time to decide if it's working for you.
Refund Process:
Contact us at support@petcarestep.com with your order number. Refunds process within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
Certificates & Professional Use
Our certificates show you completed the course work, but they're not professional veterinary credentials. We're teaching pet care basics and advanced techniques, not replacing proper veterinary education.
You can use what you learn for your own pets or to help others, but remember - if there's ever a serious medical issue, always tell folks to see a real vet, okay?
Liability & Safety
We do our best to give you good, safe information about pet care. But every animal is different, just like people, and what works for one might not work for another.
If your pet gets sick or hurt, that's not our fault - pets can be unpredictable sometimes. Always use common sense and get professional help when you need it.
Important: These courses supplement but never replace professional veterinary care. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for medical concerns.

Quick Rules
Privacy & Your Information
We keep your personal information private, just like we would want ours kept. We collect what we need to run the courses and send you updates if you want them.
We don't sell your information to anyone - that's not right. Sometimes we use services like email providers or payment processors, but they follow the same privacy rules we do.
Your data is encrypted and stored securely on Canadian servers
Community Guidelines
Our forums are for sharing knowledge and supporting each other. Be kind, be helpful, and remember we're all here because we love our pets.
No advertising your own services, no being mean to others, and no giving medical advice unless you're a qualified vet.
Agreement & Updates
By using our courses and website, you're agreeing to these terms. We might update them sometimes - if we do, we'll let you know by email and post the new date at the top.
These terms follow the laws of Saskatchewan, Canada. If there's ever a legal problem (which I hope there won't be), the courts here would handle it.
